AnalyzerXL Wizard

The AnalyzerXL Wizard appears after you select the AnalyzerXL command. The AnalyzerXL Wizard contains two pages(steps).

Step 1
Used to select function from the list.
Categories. Displays categories of commands, organized by type of calculation. Click a category to change the list of functions in the Functions box.
Functions. Displays a list of functions from the category you select in the Categories box.
Description. Displays brief description or formula of function you select in the Functions box.

Step 2
Used to set options for function you select. Each function has its own options to set.

Creating Charts – ChartXL(AnalyzerXL)

The ChartXL is the AnalyzerXL component designed to create charts, using Excel’s great charting abilities. Charts, created by the ChartXL, can be managed using Chart Manager. (See Chart Manager for more information.)
Newly created charts are assigned a name of Ticker Symbol or WPKN.

To create a chart:

1. In the AnalyzerXL Wizard Step 2 Dialog select Draw chart check box.
2. Click , and choose chart, you want, by selecting check boxes, and click Close button.
3. After calculation process finishes chart will be created on the current spreadsheet.

Creating and Managing Charts

Charts can be created, using the DownloaderXL, only when you download or update data.
Tool, which used to create charts, is called ChartXL. ChartXL dialog can be called by clicking - ChartXL button, which located on the Download Prices dialog.
Tool, which used to manage charts, is called Chart Manager. Chart Manager dialog can be called by choosing Chart Manager command from the AnalyzerXL menu, or by clicking Chart Manager button on the AnalyzerXL toolbar.

To create charts:

1. Open Download Prices dialog.
2. Select Draw chart check box.
3. Click ChartXL button and select charts you want.
4. Click Close button.
5. Click Get Historical Data button.

To change type of chart:

1. Choose Chart Manager command from the AnalyzerXL menu.
2. In the list, select chart you want to edit.
3. Click Chart Type button.

To change Data range and Series:

1. Choose Chart Manager command from the AnalyzerXL menu.
2. In the list, select chart you want to edit.
3. Click Chart Wizard dialog.
