Backup Source Items
You can select/unselect backup source items to indicate what source data should be backuped when project backup action is run. The backup source items contain these items:
- Settings - Outlook Express environments
- Windows Address Book - Your address book contents
- Accounts - POP3, SMTP or news accounts
- Mail Boxes - You mail data with folder structure
- Block Senders - Blocked senders
- Rules - Your mail rules
- Signtures - You signtures
- Favorites - Windows Favorites
- IE Settings - Internet Explorer environments
Check or uncheck these items to backup or don't backup the item into backup data file. The layout of backup items is below:
Destination Media
Add destination media to tell Outlook Express Backup Plus where are the data store. Click "Add" button and select a media type to add a new destination media to current project, the layout of destination media is below:
Project Options
Project options contain these parts:
Password - Password protection, allows you to protect your data with password. Warning - Please remember your password carefully, if you lost your password, the backup data can not be recovered.
Compression - Compress your backup data with three compression level: Fastest, Default, Max.

Schedule
With Schedule Options, you can schedule Backup Outlook Express Data at a time that is most convenient for you. The layout of schedule looks like:
With Schedule Options, you can also:
Schedule your backup outlook express data every selected number of minutes, hours, daily, weekly, monthly, or at certain times.
Change the schedule for your backup task.
Disable Schedule Options.
Important Note: Schedule Options only works when Outlook Express Backup Plus is running, so leave Outlook Express Backup Plus running as you work at your computer.
