How to use QuuSoft Desktop Manager
Getting started in QuuSoft Desktop Manager
Run a program / file
The main purpose of QuuSoft Desktop Manager is to help you quickly run your favorite software, or open the favorite folders, documents.
There are two ways to configure a grid:
- Drag & Drop files to QuuSoft Desktop Manager Grid (Recommended way)
- Manual Configuration
Drag & Drop
- Select the shortcut or file you want to add to QuuSoft Desktop Manager tabsheet from the Windows Explorer, Desktopor or Start Menu.
- Drag the shortcut or file onto a QuuSoft Desktop Manager Grid.
Manual Configuration
- Right-click on grid in a tabsheet and select "Properties" from the popup menu.
- The Properties Dialog will be displayed.
- Click the button, to select a file you want to add to grid.
- You can also adjust any other settings: Description,Icon, etc.But it's not required.
- Click OK to complete the configuration.
Manipulate Icons
Right-click at the grid, the Popup Menu will be displayed:
Item Description
Move to the first: Move the clicked Icon to first grid of tabsheet
Move to left : Move the clicked Icon to left
Move to right : Move the clicked Icon to right
Move to the last: Move the clicked Icon to last grid of tabsheetv
Swap to : Swap the clicked grid to another grid
Copy to : Copy the clicked grid to another grid
Clear: Clear the the clicked grid
Copy "xxx" full path/file name : Copy the full path/file name of currnet Icon target
Open "xxx" In Windows Explorer: Open Windows Explorer, and locate the Icon target in Windows Explorer
Properties ： Change the Configruation of currnet Icon target in Properties dialog
Manipulate Tabsheets
Right-click at the Tabsheets, the Popup Menu will be displayed:
Item Description
Show Easy Tab： Checked it to show "Quick Tab", or uncheck it to hide "Quick Tab"
Move Tab left： Move the active tabsheet to left
Move Tab right： Move the active tabsheet to right. The "Quick Tab" can't be moved
Create New Tab... ： When click it, a dialog appears to input the name of new tabsheet
Rename... ： When click it, a dialog appears to input the new name of active tabsheet
Delete： Delete active tabsheet. The "Quick Tab" can't be delelted
Using EasyTab
"Quick Tab" is a build-in tabsheet. It provides some funny ability to help you enjoy QuuSoft Desktop Manager.
"Section A" rank the 6 most-used grid
"Section B" rank the 6 last used grid
"Section C" there are the 4 button :
