How to use QuuSoft File Sync

QuuSoft File Sync handles bi-directional synchronization well and its design is definitely easy to use.
Below you will find an explanation of each step on using QuuSoft File Sync.

Automatic Settings - Automated synchronization tasks make you more choices to your synchronization jobs and save your plenty of work.

Automatic Settings- Once for All

Choose a variety of automatic settings as you wish, and set your synchronization job for once.
QuuSoft File Sync will automatically finish your synchronizations according to your preferred settings.

Step1: Click on the button to set your job options.

Step2: Click on Auto and select automatic settings that you need.

Now QuuSoft File Sync will automatically synchronize your files according to your settings.


Synchronization Overview - You can set up a synchronization job with only several steps.

Synchronize Step By Step

Step 1: Create A Job

Select left and right folders to Synchronize and set sync options.

Note: A nameless task is created automatically when starting QuuSoft File Sync for the first time.

Step 2: Analysis

Click Analyze button, QuuSoft File Sync analyzes the files on both sides and show the detailed results in tree graph as below.

Step 3: Reviewed And Comfirmed The Results By User

After analysis and just before synchronization, user can reset the synchronization settings as you require such as do not copy certain files.

Step 4: Synchronization

Click Sync button to start synchronization, and then all the files in both sides are complete identity after synchronizing.

Step1: Select the directories you would like to synchronize by clicking each of the Browse buttons.

Step2: QuuSoft File Sync will start to analyze the files on both sides when click on the Analyze button.

Step3: Click on the Sync button when your files are ready to be synchronized.
