How to use WGXe Email Recovery

Email Recovery

This function helps to recover files from a deleted volume.

Here are detailed tips for you:

Step 1 Click on the "Email Recovery" button

Step 2 Select the hard drive where your lost emails are located.



Here suppose your lost emails are located at C Drive.

Click on the C drive and highlight it, and then, click on the "Next" button on the interface.

Step 3 Find your lost emails and recover them.



The software will automatically scan your C drive, and list the lost emails on the screen as below:



Find the emails you want to recover, and highlight them and click on the "Recovery" button.

Note: Never Recover the Lost Data to the Same Drive that Your Lost Data was originally located! Please select another drive.

Select a destination folder for your recovered data. You can create a folder before you start the software, but do not create the folder in the same drive your lost data is located. If your lost data locates in the C drive, you should select D drive or E drive to be the destination of your recovered data. After the above three steps, the lost emails in the C drive will be recovered to the folder you had created previously.

Outlook Repair

You can use this function to repair your corrupted Microsoft Outlook files.

Here are detailed tips for you:

Step 1 Click on the "Outlook Repair" button.

Step 2 Select the outlook file which needs repairing.

Click on the "Browse for File(s)" button and select the outlook file which needs repairing in your computer, and click on the "Next" button.

Then, the software will inform you that the outlook file (*.pst) has been repaired successfully like the following picture.

Outlook Express Repair

You can use this function to repair your corrupted Microsoft Outlook Express files.

Here are detailed tips for you:

Step 1 Click on the "Outlook Express Repair" button

Step 2 Select the outlook express file which needs repairing.

Click on the "Browse for File(s)" button and select the outlook file which needs repairing in your computer, and click on the "Next" button.

Then, the software will inform you that the outlook express file (*.dbx) has been repaired like the following picture.
