How to use WGXe Photo Recovery
Deleted Recovery
According to the situation you have, if you are going to recover the lost photos from a deleted volume, click the "Photo Recovery" button on the left.
Here are detailed tips for you:
Step 1 Click the "Photo Recovery" button on the left.

Step 2 Select the hard drive where your lost photo is located.

If your lost picture is located at E drive, please highlight the E drive, and click on the "Next" button.
Step 3 Find your lost photo and recover it.

The software will automatically scan your E drive, and list the found data on the screen as below:

Find the lost photo you would like to recover and highlight it then click on the "Recovery" button.
Note: Never Recover the Lost Data to the Same Drive that Your Lost Data was originally located! Please select another drive.
Select a destination folder for your recovered data. You can create a folder before you start the software, but do not create the folder in the same drive your lost data is located. If your lost data locates in the E drive, you should select D drive or F drive to be the destination for your recovered data. After the above three steps, the lost data will be recovered to the folder you had created previously.
Formatted Recovery
According to the situation you have, if you are going to recover the lost photos from a formatted volume, click the "Photo Recovery" button on the right.
Here are detailed tips for you:
Step 1 Click the "Photo Recovery" button on the right.

Step 2 Select the hard drive where your lost photos are located.

If your lost pictures are located at the formatted D drive, please highlight the D drive, and click on the "Next" button.
Step 3 Find your lost photos and recover them.

The software will automatically scan your D drive, and list the found data on the screen as below:

Find the lost photos you would like to recover and highlight them then click on the "Recovery" button.
