By Selecting this item, WinSysClean will delete the Windows Documents History from the Start Menu.
Delete Invalid Desktop Shortcuts
By Selecting this item, WinSysClean will check all shortcuts from desktop and start menu, then deletes the invalid shortcuts, which points to an unavailable executable file.
(This operation is done safely, WinSysClean won’t delete your CD-ROM or Network shortcuts, just the shortcuts pointing to a program from the local computer on harddisk).
Empty the Recycle Bin

Delete Windows Hotfix uninstall files
